The “Element” Towers—the building where we sold our first apartment
We’ve closed our first deal in St. Petersburg at the “Element Tower.” I’ve put together a selection of renderings of this residential complex for you. And no, this isn’t Dubai. This is St. Petersburg, baby.
Five modern towers stand on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, surrounded by the sea air, the northern sun, and the expanse of water. The ground floor level features shops, cafes, and a landscaped garden.
The complex comprises a total of 1,000 apartments, and nearly all of them offer water views—either of the Gulf of Finland or the panorama of Vasilyevsky Island.
A floating bridge will span between the two towers at the 9th-floor level.
There, at a height of 25 meters, is the club area, accessible only to residents: a library and a hall for intimate events, a coworking space and a yoga studio, a family restaurant with a terrace, a fitness center with a 25-meter pool, a children’s play area, and a small movie theater.
Prices for standard apartments start at ₽11 million, and for those with a view, at ₽20 million. Top-tier units go for ₽800,000 per square meter. Two-level penthouses cost ₽1.7 million per square meter.
In Moscow, you definitely won’t find direct ocean views for such a reasonable price. Although, let’s face it, you can’t buy an ocean view in Moscow for any price at all.
