Over the past ten years, Petrovsky Island has transformed from an industrial area into a neighborhood with waterfronts, parks, and trendy homes. On the banks of the Malaya Nevka River, LSR has built the “Neva House” residential complex.
The project consists of two buildings connected by a monumental arch. The facades are inspired by Old Russian architecture.
We took photos of the “17/33” project. The facade system cost 4 billion rubles. The developer had to replace nine contractors before achieving this result.
Three buildings ranging from five to nine stories high form a terraced architectural composition. A total of 225 apartments: an intimate layout with few neighbors, even by luxury standards.
In the building’s logo, the letter “C” is shaped like a horseshoe, paying homage to the history of the site—the square and its surrounding buildings were once part of the imperial stables.
Five modern towers stand on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, surrounded by sea air, the northern sun, and the expanse of water. A floating bridge will span the gap between two of the towers, featuring a club area for residents.
