“Neva House”—Premium Living by the River
One of my goals is to shoot all the iconic projects and locations in the cities where Whitewill sells real estate. Through photo stories, I try to capture the atmosphere and architectural details of these locations to help our clients find the right place to live or invest.
Over the past ten years, Petrovsky Island has transformed from an industrial area into a neighborhood featuring waterfronts, parks, and trendy homes. On the banks of the Malaya Nevka River, LSR has built the “Neva House” residential complex.
The architecture was designed by the firm “Evgeny Gerasimov & Partners.” The facades are made of clinker brick. The brickwork pattern differs for each building.
A large private property. Towering, centuries-old trees.
A walking path along the water. There’s even a private boat dock.
The indoor playgrounds are made of wood—well-designed, without any tacky, brightly colored plastic. There’s one large playground with a dozen different areas, and several smaller ones scattered throughout the grounds.
A dozen residents with dogs in the courtyard. There’s plenty of room to walk.
Apartment prices start at ₽11.5m. Larger five-bedroom units cost ₽180–200m. Prices per square meter in “Cyan” start at ₽400k.
Top-tier units with views and finished interiors go for up to ₽1.2m. The developer still has some units available.
The lobby and common areas are modest by Moscow standards. Business-class properties are more grand. But this one is marketed as “premium.”
There doesn’t seem to be enough retail space. There’s one good restaurant, “Lodochnaia Stantsia,” on the waterfront. There’s also a family-friendly restaurant called “Laska,” a pharmacy, and a couple of pickup points.
Oleg liked the atmosphere of the low-rise brick buildings by the water, surrounded by greenery.
Great deals in St. Petersburg:
Premium class clubhouse for 69 apartments. The lobby includes a waiting area with coffee point, reception desk and meeting rooms. A private two-level courtyard-patio with secluded seating areas becomes a place for quiet pastime.
