“Mariinka Deluxe” is a premium-class club house in the Admiralteysky District of St. Petersburg, on the banks of the Pryazhka River on Matisov Island. The project is being developed by Aurix, a premium brand of the Etalon Group.
The building’s architecture evokes the St. Petersburg mansions and apartment buildings of the late 19th and early 20th centuries: decorative cornices, stucco relief, panoramic glazing, and balconies with wrought-iron railings continue the architectural tradition of the historic center.
The building has 94 apartments spread across 9 floors, including six penthouses with terraces on the ninth floor. The apartments range in size from 44 to 215 square meters, with 3.2-meter-high ceilings and panoramic windows. Residents will be able to choose an apartment with one, two, three, or four bedrooms and a view of the Pryazhka River or the island’s historic neighborhoods.
The courtyard is designed as an English garden with hypoallergenic plants and a sports area, and the building has its own riverside promenade. The lobby, with its stained-glass windows, features a waiting area with designer furniture, a coffee bar, and a reception desk. A concierge service is available to residents 24 hours a day: arranging transfers, making restaurant reservations, apartment cleaning, issuing guest passes, and calling technical specialists. The property is secured 24/7, and access to the main entrances is controlled via contactless tags. Beneath the building is a parking garage with 63 parking spaces, including charging stations for electric vehicles and a lift capable of handling two cars at a time. The ground floors will house cafes, studios, and services for everyday life.
Matisov Island developed as a historic settlement at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and has retained the atmosphere of a quiet neighborhood just a stone’s throw from the city center. It’s a 15-minute walk to the Mariinsky Theater or New Holland Island, and about a 10-minute drive to Palace Square. There’s a kindergarten, a school, and a “VkusVill” supermarket nearby, and you can have dinner at the Red Stars restaurant—just 3 minutes from the house. Pulkovo Airport is about a 30-minute drive away.
The developer plans to complete the “Mariinka Deluxe” Residential Complex in the fourth quarter of 2027.
