"Avant" is a premium-class loft quarter on Petrogradskaya side. The project occupies 3.7 hectares and was created according to the principle of "city in the city". The architectural bureau Lipgart Arhitekst reinterpreted the industrial heritage of the early XX century and created 3 different houses.
