“Mir”—Neo-Russian Style on Nevsky Prospect
One of my goals is to shoot all the iconic projects and locations in the cities where Whitewill sells real estate. Through photo stories, I try to capture the atmosphere and architectural details of these locations to help our clients find the right place to live or invest.
The“MIR”building on Mirgorodskaya Street seeks to reinterpret the architecture of Russian Art Nouveau.
The project consists of two buildings connected by a monumental arch. The facades are made of red brick in an intricate pattern, featuring decorative elements, arched openings, and details inspired by ancient Russian architecture.
Inside, there is a private fitness center for residents, massage rooms, and a small courtyard with a playground for children and a seating area for adults.
The developer still has a few apartments with views from their terraces overlooking the stylish Feodorovsky Cathedral, as well as St. Petersburg’s historic center and the new city square that has been developed around the complex. Nearby is the Moscow Railway Station with the “Sapsan” train.
