The developer of the “Bakunina 33” Residential Complex is PSK Group—a group of companies founded in 2007 that has built more than 60 projects. These include the residential complexes “Severnaya Korona,” “Galernaya Gavan,” “Assembly,” “Akvatoriya,” and “Respect.”
The building, ranging from 4 to 9 stories in height, was constructed using monolithic concrete and brick on a 0.33-hectare lot. The complex comprises a total of 113 residences. In 2026, the project was recognized as the best completed business-class project in St. Petersburg based on the results of the annual “Consumer Trust,” which included votes from 43,500 consumers, evaluations by 120 mystery shoppers, and assessments by 48 professional experts. The building has already been commissioned.
