The “Astrum” Residential Complex is the only residential complex currently under construction on Krestovsky Island, in the Petrogradsky District of St. Petersburg: deluxe-class residences at 8A Esperova Street. The project was previously known as “Bilibin House,” named in honor of the artist Ivan Bilibin, and today continues this legacy under the name “Astrum” Residential Complex.
The project comprises 58 units: apartments, townhouses, and penthouses ranging in size from 130 square meters. The building’s intimate layout, private grounds, and dedicated infrastructure are among the project’s key advantages.
The architectural concept was developed by Vladislav Andreev’s DBA-GROUP, while the interior spaces—including the lobby—were designed by the YUDIN&NOVIKOV studio. The neoclassical façade features granite, limestone, and architectural concrete, while the common areas are decorated in cashmere tones with natural stone and brass accents. Residents have access to a spa area and fitness center covering more than 600 square meters, a two-level underground parking garage with 104 parking spaces, 25 storage units, and a 24-hour concierge service offering reservations, delivery, and pet care.
The location combines the energy of the city with the tranquility of the suburbs: nearby are the Srednyaya Nevka embankment, Elagin Island, and Primorsky Park of Victory. It’s a 12-minute drive to the Western High-Speed Diameter and 30 minutes to Moskovsky Station.
Key handover is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
