TWO new developments in the center of ST. PETERSBURG
Two new art clusters from RBI are entering the market: “Svetoch” on the Petrograd Side and “Tipografiya” in the Central District. Both projects are being developed in historic buildings that will be given a new lease on life.
“ Svetoch”will be located in the buildings of Otto Kirchner’s bookbinding factory, founded in 1894. The project will preserve the red-brick facades and historic decor and restore the tower with its spire. The five buildings will feature 119 units ranging in size from 20 to 218 m², including duplexes, apartments with balconies, and units with private entrances.
Residents will have access to a library with a biofireplace, a coworking space, a meeting room, a fitness center, a yoga room, and a spa complex with a sauna and massage room.
“Typography” will occupy the building of Printing House No. 12 on the quiet Pravdy Street. This architectural landmark, built in 1888–1889, combines elements of St. Petersburg’s grand architecture, industrial design, and Old Russian motifs.
The six buildings feature 179 units ranging in size from 18 to 119 m². Among the unique layouts are apartments with attics, mezzanines, dormer windows, and arched windows. The project will feature two green courtyards, an art space, a coworking space, and a private fitness center.
As is customary at the start of sales, attractive prices are available and a wide selection of units is on offer. Reservations for units in “Svetoche” are already open, and reservations for “Tipografiya” are expected to begin shortly.
