I have a special love for St. Petersburg. This city came into my life during the most difficult period. That was when I left my hometown of Ozersk and, with empty pockets, began building everything from scratch. There’s a lot about that in my first book.
The city welcomed me with the warmth of its communal apartments. It gave me a job. It kept me entertained on Dumskaya Street. It introduced me to interesting people. Even years later, I can still call some of them friends. Then St. Petersburg plunged me headfirst into business. My first company. Partners. Employees.
I’ll spend a lot of time here this summer. I’ll visit museums. I’ll tour residential complexes. I’ll take pictures of the beauty here for you. I’ll host a meetup with my followers. Maybe even give a lecture on Leonardo da Vinci.
