Whitewill Office in St. Petersburg
We opened our doors in late fall in Petrogradka on Kamenostrovsky Prospekt. The office reflects our best traditions: carpets, curtains, and paintings. It’s cozy and homey, with windows overlooking a green park.
We assembled our initial team. A line of top brokers formed. We hired five of the best. We began to figure out our strategy.
We currently combine the sale of resale properties with select new-construction properties from a pool of developers we know well.
By the end of the second quarter, we had taken first place in “Element.” This was mainly due to a project on the waterfront on the reclaimed land of Vasilyevsky Island.
Despite fierce competition, we believe in our business in St. Petersburg. We find our clients through referrals from regional partners, banks, and Moscow-based brokers. We’re testing effective marketing strategies across traditional digital channels.
So far, we’ve closed 33 deals. We’re on our way to our first billion.
