"Nevsky Prospekt 130" - is a historical revenue house in the very heart of St. Petersburg, located on the main thoroughfare of the city, just a five-minute walk from the metro station "Ploshchad Vosstaniya" and Moskovsky Railway Station. The building was constructed in 1874 according to the project developed by the architect Karl-Friedrich von Schaffhausen, it became a vivid example of late eclecticism. Since its construction, the building has retained the traditional structure for Nevsky Prospekt: commercial premises on the first floor and residential apartments above. On the first level there are stores, a restaurant, a confectionery, a spa salon, and 36 spacious apartments above. In the inner closed courtyard for car owners organized ground parking.
