“Moiseenko 10” is a residential complex in St. Petersburg’s Central District and the city’s new landmark. It is integrated into the “Nevskaya Ratusha” neighborhood: where historical heritage and modern architecture blend harmoniously. It’s a 1-minute walk to “Nevskaya Ratusha” and a 9-minute walk to the Neva River embankment.
The complex features 167 apartments with various floor plans and finishes, including some with terraces. The offerings include 1- to 3-bedroom apartments and unique penthouses. The project consists of 4 buildings ranging from 6 to 10 stories in height. The first section is a 6-story historic building with 80-centimeter-thick brick walls. The facade has been carefully restored. A total of 30 apartments, with ceiling heights of up to 3.3 meters, are being sold without interior finishes. The second building features a grand lobby, apartments, and two penthouses with fireplaces. The third building contains 45 apartments, all with pre-finishing and ceilings starting at 3 meters. In the final 10-story section, residences are for sale with finishes by ICON Design Studio and ceilings starting at 3 meters.
A secluded landscaped garden with fountains has been created in the private courtyard. It’s a pleasant place to stroll along the cobblestone paths and relax in the lounge areas. It’s a place of tranquility where you can hear the murmur of water, smell the scent of flowers, and experience the play of light and shadow cast by the patterned walls of the canopy. The landscape design was developed by the GAFA studio.
