“LDM” — a premium-class residential neighborhood in the Petrogradsky District

The “LDM” residential complex is located on Aptekarsky Island, along the Pesochny Embankment of the Malaya Nevka River. The developer is Aurix—the premium brand of the Etalon Group, one of Russia’s largest developers. The complex is being built on the site of the Leningrad Palace of Youth, which was constructed in 1976 in the modernist style. A modern residential neighborhood will replace the historic building, continuing the architectural character of the Petrograd Side.

Seven 9–10-story buildings and eight city villas with separate entrances form a unified ensemble next to historic gardens, theaters, and universities. The project includes a total of 463 residences. The complex is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2027.
