"Three Graces" is a deluxe-class clubhouse across the street from the Tavrichesky Garden and 5 minutes from Voskresenskaya Embankment, where it is pleasant to admire the diligence of Liteiny Bridge. In the afternoon it is a pleasure to walk through the shady garden, relax at the fountain and listen to an organ concert in the Tavrichesky Palace. In walking distance - the slender ensemble of the Smolny Monastery, architectural masterpieces: "Egyptian House", Kelch Mansion, Weiner's House.
The house was built according to the project of Wilhelm Van der Gucht in neo-Baroque style in 1907 for Prussian citizen Karl Schreiber, and in the 1910s it housed the Norwegian Embassy, in the apartments lived officials with their families. Before the revolution the house attracted Duma deputies and diplomats from European countries. Among the tenants are Anatoly Tchaikovsky, Privy Councillor and brother of the great composer, Nikolai Christian Prebensen, Norwegian Consul, Baron Vladimir Steingel, State Councillor Alexander Gizhitsky, Countess Maria Keller and Count George Mengden. Feel yourself an intellectual of the Decadence era, rushing to a secret meeting of a closed club.
The house is named after a sculpture of Zeus' three daughters of Graces. The marble figures of the girls adorn the bay window tower on the corner of Zakharievskaya and Potemkinskaya Streets. Your life in the clubhouse will be comfortable and private: there are only 22 residences with an area of 84-515 m² and ceiling heights up to 4 meters. Enjoy the beauty of early 20th century interiors adapted to modern amenities: a stucco ceiling medallion adorns and complements the crystal chandelier, tiled stoves serve as an elegant decorative element. Each residence has two entrances.
