“Smolny Park” is a premium-class residential complex in the Central District of St. Petersburg. The complex covers an area of eight hectares. The project was developed by the architectural firm “Zemtsov, Kondine & Partners” under the leadership of Yuri Zemtsov, an Honored Architect of Russia.
Smolny Park’s location on a picturesque bend of the Neva River, opposite the majestic complex of the Smolny Convent, has made it possible to combine modern buildings clad in natural stone with carefully restored 19th-century mansions within a single neighborhood.
The “Smolny Park” residential complex was built in two phases and was fully completed in 2016. The complex comprises nine new residential buildings and four restored historic buildings. The project’s developer is LSR Group, a holding company founded in 1993 with a portfolio totaling 9,300,000 m².
