The developer is Eurostroy Group of Companies, the leader of elite house-building in St. Petersburg, working in the market since 1996. The project was developed by the architectural bureau "Intercolumnium" under the direction of the chief architect Evgeny Podgornov - the author of most elite projects of the developer. The building of variable storey, stylized as a St. Petersburg building of the late XIX - early XX centuries with Art Deco elements, will be erected on the site of the former Troitsky market.
