The developer of the “Novaya Zemlya” Residential Complex is Legenda, a Russian real estate development company that has been operating in the real estate market since 2010 and has dozens of completed projects in its portfolio. The architectural concept was developed by Studio B2, which created an expressive and dynamic design inspired by the sea.

The complex consists of monolithic buildings ranging from 11 to 17 stories in height, housing 1,887 residences: studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. The project is being built on reclaimed land on Vasilyevsky Island—one of the city’s most promising and rapidly developing locations. This is where the city meets the sea, and modern architecture enters into a dialogue with the boundless expanse of water. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
