“RESPECT” is a comfort-class residential complex developed by the PSK Group on Polyustrovsky Prospekt. Fourteen buildings ranging from 7 to 13 stories tall are being constructed on a 6.5-hectare site. The residential complex’s architecture combines the clean lines of modernist design with brown clinker brick and subtle gray accents on the facades.
The car-free courtyards will feature landscaped areas, playgrounds and sports fields, communal terraces, and light installations. Shops, cafes, and everyday services will open on the ground floors. The project also includes a school with 1,125 student spots and a stadium, as well as a preschool with 240 spots.
The complex features 2,338 apartments ranging in size from 24 to 101 m²—from compact studios to family-friendly layouts with master bedrooms, walk-in closets, and two bathrooms. Apartments in the residential complex are delivered with either pre-finish or finish in light and dark color schemes.
The “Lesnaya” metro station is a 10-minute walk away, while the “Europolis” shopping and entertainment complex and Polyustrovsky Garden are just 5 minutes away. The Petrograd Side is about a 5-minute drive away. The first phase of the RESPECT Residential Complex has been completed. The entire project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.
