“Legenda Vasilyevsky” is a large-scale residential complex on Vasilyevsky Island, directly across from the “Sevkabel Port” creative space. The developer is “Legenda,” a Russian real estate development company that has been active in the market since 2010 and has dozens of projects in its portfolio, including “Severny Port,” “Institutsky, 16,” and “Legenda on Okhta.”
The architectural concept for the six 10-story buildings was developed by the firm “Evgeny Gerasimov & Partners,” known for its work in the luxury segment. A full-fledged neighborhood will be created on the site of a former industrial zone along Kozhevennaya Line. Six monolithic buildings, 10–11 stories tall, will house 806 apartments. The complex fits into the historical context, reinterpreting the traditions of post-constructivism in a contemporary style. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
