"Shkipersky 19" is a business class residential neighborhood on Vasilievsky Island of St. Petersburg, in Galerny proezd. The developer of the project is PIK Group, one of the largest developers in Russia. The architectural concept was developed by SLOI Architects, and the project was positively evaluated by the City Planning Council of St. Petersburg. The quarter consists of buildings of variable storey united into a single architectural space. The complex provides about 700 apartments, many of which have a view of the Gulf of Finland. The project is being built on the shore of Galernaya Harbor, which began to build in the XVIII century by order of Peter the Great, the atmosphere of the atmospheric city has been preserved here, and the air smells of the sea.
