The “Galernaya Gavan” Residential Complex—a project by the PSK Group of Companies. The architectural concept was developed by the “INTERCOLUMNIUM” studio under the direction of Evgeny Podgornov. The project covers an area of 3 hectares and includes six buildings ranging from 6 to 12 stories in height. Four buildings up to 12 stories tall are complemented by two intimate six-story buildings, each containing just 20 apartments, creating a club-like living experience.
The project’s highlight is its panoramic views. Most apartments offer residents panoramic views of Galernaya Harbor, the Gulf of Finland, and the Bolshaya Neva River. Select units feature terraces and French balconies. Residents enjoy breakfast in the kitchen-living room, bathed in morning light; work in a study overlooking the Gulf of Finland; and in the evening host family dinners, watching the setting sun reflect off the waters of Galernaya Harbor.
The “Galernaya Harbor” residential complex is located at: St. Petersburg, Vasilyevsky Island, Shkipersky Channel, 16–18. The building is scheduled to be commissioned in the third quarter of 2028.
