On the waterfront of Vasilyevsky Island, the developer LEGENDA Intelligent Development is building the “LEGENDA BY THE SEA” residential complex. This premium-class project will be located directly on the waterfront of the Gulf of Finland. The complex consists of 10 buildings ranging from 16 to 22 stories. The “B2” architectural studio designed the complex around an open horizon: translucent facades face the water, a belt of terraces emphasizes the horizontal plane, and a sky bridge connects the buildings, becoming a prominent feature of the skyline.
The project features a total of approximately 1,300 apartments and 121 different floor plans. Buyers can choose a studio or a 1–4-bedroom apartment, as well as layouts featuring a patio, terrace, second-level space, or sky bridge. Ceiling heights range from 3 to 3.3 meters. The residential complex’s internal infrastructure will include a school with 1,650 seats, a kindergarten with 140 seats, and commercial spaces on the ground floors. The car-free courtyard will feature green spaces, play and sports areas, and recreational areas. A parking garage with 600 spaces and storage rooms are designed beneath the buildings.
The urban environment in the Sea Front development zone is centered on Kruzenenstern Avenue. The key to its transportation accessibility is its proximity to the Western Highways: it takes just 2 minutes to reach the highway entrance. It takes 9 minutes to reach the “Primorskaya” metro station and 20 minutes to reach the city center and Nevsky Prospect.
According to the developer’s plan, the project’s completion is divided into two phases. Sales of the four buildings in the first phase are scheduled to begin on September 3, 2026, with keys scheduled to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2030.
