“Moments. Repino” is a business-class suburban residential complex in the village of Leninskoye, Vyborg District, Leningrad Oblast. The project, consisting of 704 two-story townhouses, covers 47 hectares on the banks of the Sestra River, near the protected forests of the Karelian Isthmus. The developer is SZ “Leninskoe” LLC. The project will be implemented in three phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026, the second in the fourth quarter of 2027, and the third in the third quarter of 2028.
