The “Panorama Park Sosnovka” complex is located in northern St. Petersburg, between “Sosnovka” and Udelny Park. The complex consists of 9- to 12-story buildings with apartments of various layouts—ranging from studios to 3-bedroom family units, including residences with master bedrooms, spacious terraces, and the option to install a sauna.
The heart of the neighborhood is a pedestrian promenade that connects the two parks into a single walking route. The complex features an art square with recreational areas, three kindergartens, a school, and a children’s club, while the ground floors house shops, coffee shops, and other everyday amenities. For cars, there is an underground parking garage with a “pit stop” station and surface parking spaces.
The project combines the advantages of urban infrastructure with proximity to nature: two large parks are nearby, and the center of St. Petersburg can be reached in about 20 minutes. Convenient access to Engels Avenue and Tikhoretsky Avenue provides quick connections to the “City Mall” and “Europolis” shopping centers, as well as to the Ring Road and the Western High-Speed Diameter.
The project is being developed by Setl Group—one of St. Petersburg’s largest real estate developers, founded in 1994. In 2024, the company ranked first in the city in terms of the volume of housing units completed and was among the top five developers in Russia.
