The “Moskovsky, 65” building is located at the intersection of Moskovsky Prospekt and the Obvodny Canal embankment. The project was the first in the “Legenda Business” line from developer Legenda Intelligent Development, one of the most well-known developers in the Northern Capital in the modern residential real estate segment.
The architectural concept for the “Moskovsky, 65” Residential Complex was developed by “Studio 44” under the leadership of Nikita Yavein, People’s Architect of Russia. The project is based on a reinterpretation of the historic structure of the Cattle Drive Courtyard by architect I. I. Sharleman—a monument of federal significance. The complex consists of four monolithic-brick buildings of varying heights, up to 8 stories. The buildings form two enclosed courtyards, creating a private living environment in the city center.
