The “LEGEND on Okhta” business-class residential complex is under construction on Magnitogorskaya Street in the Krasnogvardeisky District of St. Petersburg. Architects from the VDC firm have blended the building’s modern design with Okhta’s industrial heritage: brown and gray tiles on the facades are combined with metal panels, bay windows, and balconies. Four buildings will surround a private courtyard featuring a promenade, playgrounds, and sports fields.

The grand lobby, with 6-meter-high ceilings, will feature a reception desk, a comfortable waiting area, and a mini coworking space. The project also includes underground parking, storage units, and a general practitioner’s office; a school and a kindergarten are planned nearby.

The “LEGEND on Okhta” residential complex features 419 apartments, ranging from studios to 1- through 4-bedroom units. Floor plans include open-concept kitchens and living rooms with corner windows, master bedrooms, laundry rooms, and terraces. The developer, LEGENDA, plans to complete the complex in the second quarter of 2029, with keys to be handed over by the end of that same year.
