“Alpen” is a business-class residential complex in the Krasnogvardeisky District of St. Petersburg, located directly on the banks of the Okhta River. The architectural concept for the project was developed by the firm “TU BI Architects” (TOBE Architects), drawing inspiration from the natural landscape: light-colored facades with stone textures, a calm color palette, and an expressive rhythm of windows create a sense of harmony and balance. The complex consists of two buildings, 10 and 11 stories tall, connected by a landscaped stylobate featuring modern infrastructure and communal spaces.
The complex features 182 apartments with functional floor plans; up to 70% of them face the Okhta River and offer panoramic views of the water. Thanks to the minimal number of load-bearing walls, the space can be easily adapted to suit individual lifestyles.
Apartments with terraces and stained-glass windows hold a special place in the residential complex. Here, you can enjoy breakfast outdoors, spend family evenings, or relax in a private setting with views of the river. Ceiling heights reach 3 meters, and window openings are 2.5 meters high, filling the apartments with natural light and a sense of spaciousness. Completion of the “Alpen” Residential Complex is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026, and the handover of keys to residents is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
