The “House by the Sea” residential complex is located at 62–74 Martynova Embankment, St. Petersburg, in one of the most prestigious locations on Krestovsky Island. The project’s designers—architects Sergey Choban and Evgeny Gerasimov—have created a striking architectural ensemble consisting of 12 buildings ranging from 4 to 6 stories in height. Due to the site’s unique characteristics, the buildings form a smooth S-shaped composition that emphasizes the complex’s distinctive character.
The residential complex’s architecture combines classical proportions with contemporary design solutions. The facades are clad in Portuguese dolomitized limestone, while contrasting metal elements lend the complex a distinctive and graphic appearance. The total area of the project is 61,400 m², of which approximately 30,000 m² is residential space.
The “House by the Sea” residential complex includes 184 premium-class apartments. The buildings form two landscaped interior spaces: a grand esplanade with fountains, offering a view of the Rowing Canal, and private recreational areas that create an atmosphere of seclusion surrounded by nature and water.
