“Galernaya Gavan” is a business-class residential complex developed by PSK Group, a group of companies founded in 2007. Over the course of its operations, the developer has built more than 60 projects, including the residential complexes “Bakunina 33,” “Severnaya Korona,” “Assembly,” “Aquatoria,” and “Respect.” The architectural concept was developed by the “INTERCOLUMNIUM” studio under the leadership of Evgeny Podgornov. The project became the first business-class residential complex in St. Petersburg with a well-developed public space on the waterfront.

The “Galernaya Gavan” residential complex consists of six buildings of varying heights. Four of the buildings are 12 stories tall, and two are 6 stories tall. Each of the low-rise buildings contains only 20 residences, creating an atmosphere of privacy.

The “Galernaya Gavan” residential complex comprises 813 apartments. Unit sizes range from 29 to 134 square meters. The complex offers studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom units.

The “Galernaya Gavan” residential complex is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2028. Construction is proceeding in three phases; the first phase includes three buildings.
