The “Tekstura” neighborhood is a new project by the company “Brusnika” in the Nevsky District of St. Petersburg. The 7–8-story building will be located near Tkachey Street and Obukhovskaya Oborona Avenue, an 11-minute walk from the Elizarovskaya metro station. The neighborhood’s architecture draws on the industrial history of Nevskaya Zastava: the rhythm of the windows, comb-like elements, and clinker brick create the image of a building that is a work of art in itself.
A coffee shop, a mini-market, and a medical office will open within the “Textura” neighborhood—these amenities will enhance residents’ everyday comfort. The city square will transition into a pocket park, and the stylobate will house a private courtyard with a pond, a beach, and recreational areas. The “Brusnika” developer’s project includes 361 apartments with pre-finish construction. Sales are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
