“Stockholm” is a premium-class residential complex in the Primorsky District of St. Petersburg, located on the Bolshaya Nevka embankment, across from Elagin Island. The project’s architectural concept is inspired by the image of Sweden’s capital—a city associated with a high quality of life, modern architecture, and harmony with nature.
The project consists of two buildings ranging from 5 to 7 stories in height, with a total area of approximately 24,000 m². The buildings open up toward the river, allowing most of the 272 apartments to be filled with natural light and offering panoramic views of the river and the greenery of Elagin Island. The stepped architecture of the upper floors has made it possible to create apartments with spacious terraces, and the variety of floor plans—ranging from functional one-bedroom apartments to spacious four-bedroom residences — makes the Stockholm residential complex appealing for a variety of lifestyles.
The interior of the Stockholm complex is designed as a private area with direct access to the landscaped waterfront. The courtyards feature landscaped greenery, playgrounds with safety surfacing, lounge areas, and quiet spots for relaxation with views of the river. Residents have access to underground parking, guest parking, a 24/7 security and access control system, as well as a medical clinic located on the complex’s grounds.
The developer is Setl Group—one of the largest real estate developers in St. Petersburg. Founded in 1994, the holding company is among the leaders in the Russian real estate development sector and is one of the largest developers in St. Petersburg in terms of the volume of residential real estate completed.
