The park is complemented by landscaped courtyards and recreational areas, and the total area of the complex’s landscaped space is approximately 3 hectares. A 1,500-square-meter private wellness center opened in the complex in 2021 and is available exclusively to residents. The space is divided into several functional areas for sports and relaxation. The aquatic area includes a 20-meter pool with three lanes, a children’s pool, hydrotherapy areas, and massage rooms. The spa facilities include a hammam, a sauna, cold and hot plunge pools, sensory showers, and treatment rooms. For sports activities, there is a fitness center with cardio and strength training equipment, a martial arts hall with a professional boxing ring, as well as a separate room for yoga and dance. The wellness center’s facilities allow guests to combine an active lifestyle with recovery and relaxation without ever leaving the project grounds.

The “Imperial Yacht Club” was built using monolithic brick construction technology, ensuring structural durability and a high level of living comfort. The apartments are equipped with Reynaers aluminum-clad wood windows, which provide effective thermal and sound insulation. The complex is equipped with modern building systems, including a supply and exhaust ventilation system with air purification.
